Great RV Park – Clean, Quaint, Friendly We stayed two nights at the Kanab RV Korral when we visited the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. Although it’s a bit of a hike to the North Rim (78 miles), we chose this park as it provided full hookup sites, clean showers/restrooms, and laundry facility. “Great place to stay! They are doing some work so no facilities yet but they are getting there. They have the most important thing down already – friendliness! Both Eric and Alicia were very nice. They helped us with two mail issues and gave us great tips on what to see in the area. They genuinely wanted us to have a good experience and we did. We stayed for 2 weeks and had plenty to do and see. The park is quiet and the spaces are huge! Our rig is on the smaller side but they can fit the big boys easily! The park is close to Kanab, UT (about 10-15 mins) and it has everything you need, gas, groceries, restaurants, etc. The park is MUCH cheaper and less crowded than the parks in Kanab. “Hubby and I love to volunteer and Best Friends is one of our favorites. Puppies, dogs, elder dogs, kitties, cats, piggy’s, goats, horses, birds, rabbits, and other small animals all need love and attention so no matter what you love to hug, it’s here waiting for you! We stay in one of their two RV spots for a peaceful view of the sandstone canyon and you can access both Zion and Bryce Canyon within two hours. Take the tour and be amazed at the reach this Sanctuary has on our country’s rescue organizations and homeless animals. Learn what is being done to “save them all”. We enjoy the vegan lunch, only $5.00 while chatting with staff and other volunteers. Our last two visits have been volunteering with the elder dogs and piggies.
