To the right of the main entrance you will find a front bedroom with dual entry including a queen bed, two nightstands, overhead storage, and a laundry chute.
The main living area has a slide with a tri-fold sofa and a dinette. Both of these provide extra sleeping space at night when needed. On the opposite side of the trailer there is a l-shaped counter with a kitchen sink, three burner range, microwave, refrigerator, and a pantry.

This 2010 Palomino is a great little camper with comforts of home. Very easy to pull with smaller SUVs and minivans. Also, we can do the hard part if you would like delivery and setup at certain campgrounds on the Tennessee side of the Great Smokies (please convo us to discuss approved campgrounds).
All you have to do is show up and camp! Each end has sleeping areas with dark privacy curtains. The U-shaped couch can also be made into a bed as well as the area with 2 bench seats, which can also be used as a dining area. The dining table can be used inside or outside.
There is a sink for washing hands and dishes, as well as a two-burner propane stove attached to the exterior of the camper for preparing meals.

1. Go to Forsyth Park

1. Savannah South KOA
The Savannah South KOA campground is located in Richmond Hill, a small town in the southwestern edge of Savannah. It is only a few blocks away from the interstate, so when the traffic light you can get to the city within half an hour. While you are in the city you can enjoy several walking tours and see all the historic sites that the city has to offer. This includes places where notable movies like Forest Gump were filmed.
This campground is loaded with amenities, making it one of the premier campgrounds in the region. It also has a lake nearby for your family to enjoy. You can head out on the water in nonmotorized boats, or you can go fishing.
2. Red Gate Campground & RV Park
The Red Gate Campground & RV Park is located on the southwestern edge of the city. It is also only a few minutes away from downtown, so you can get to the city very quickly. It is also just down the road from the Red Gate Farms which offer horseback riding lessons and trail rides for a reasonable price. This is a great activity for the whole family to enjoy. The park is also only a few blocks away from the Get Air Trampoline Park. That will be an instant favorite for your young kids.
This is a great campground for those that prefer to spend the bulk of their vacation close to the campground. There are several lakes nearby that are full of fish for you to catch. There are also several walking and biking trails for you to explore. In the clubhouse you will find a pool table, card table, big screen tv, and lots of board games. It is the perfect place to unwind after a long day.
3. CreekFire Motor Ranch
Almost directly west of the city, the CreekFire Motor Ranch is a few blocks away from the Ogeechee River. At the river, you can enjoy several activities like swimming, fishing, boating, kayaking, canoeing, and you can even go for a picnic. It is also close to the Coastal Georgia Botanical Gardens.
This is a family oriented RV campground, and as a result, they have several family activities for you to enjoy every week. For example, there is a weekly ice cream social, and there are bonfire gatherings all the time. There are also live entertainment events held at the park almost every weekend. If you prefer to stay to yourself, you can head over to the Henderson Golf Club which offers a challenging, 6700 yard, par 71, 18 hole golf course.
4. Biltmore Gardens RV Park
The Biltmore Gardens RV Park is one of the oldest RV campgrounds in the area. IT was established in 1958, and as a result, it is also one of the closest campgrounds to Savannah. It is close to popular tourist destinations like Forsyth Park as well.
Since it is so old, the amenities in this park are pretty basic. However, the main benefit of staying here is the location. You are close to everything, so you will want to stay here if you plan on spending a lot of time in the city. However, if you prefer to spend a lot of your time at the campground, this probably is not the best option for you.
5. Skidaway Island State Park
The Skidway Island State Park Campground is perfect for an outdoor enthusiast. There are several rivers and streams that snake there way through the campground. This makes it an ideal location for swimming, boating, and kayaking. The Skidaway River feeds into both the Vernon River and the Wilmington River. Both of these rivers lead directly into the Atlantic Ocean.

6. Savannah Oaks RV Resort
The Savannah Oaks RV Resort sits on the shores of the Ogeechee River. The campground was formerly known as the Bellaire Woods Campground but was renamed after it was purchased by a new family. This is a great place to stay for a family because it is just down the road form the Fun Zone Amusement and Sports Park. This park has a toddler playground, go-karts, mini-golf, arcade games, and plenty of tasty snacks for you to enjoy.
If you prefer to stay on the campground, you can spend some time relaxing by the pool. Alternatively, you can get a workout done in the exercise room. Most the RV pads are covered by trees as well so that you are covered in shade.
7. River’s End Campground & RV Park
The River’s End Campground & RV Park is located on Tybee Island, making it one of the few RV parks that are located on the east end of Savannah. The park offers views of Calibogue Sound and the Atlantic Ocean.
When you are staying at this campsite, you are literally a few steps away from the beach. There is also a general store on-site, so you never need to leave if you do not want to. There is also a large swimming pool and a lounge where you can watch TV and play board games.
8. Whispering Pines RV Park
The Whispering Pines RV Park is located in Rincon Georgia which makes it a few miles north of Savannah. Unfortunately, it is only a few miles away from the airport, so it can get a little noisy in this area. However, it is close to Surf Lagoon Water Park, so you can spend a whole day having fun there.
The park is also located right next to a lake, so you can spend a whole day fishing if you like. You will also find a pavilion on site where you can relax and grill up a meal.
9. Lake Harmony RV Park and Campground
Lake Harmony RV Park and Campground is located 55 miles southwest of Savannah. It is close to the state’s famed Atlantic coastline destinations like St. Catherines Island and Sapelo Island. However, the park itself is in a fairly reclusive area, surrounded by over 60 acres of woodlands.
